It was the only motel in Bozeman that had rooms available. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers.
The lights could have been a bit brighter- I like to read a lot! The cost was more than what I wold expect for this type of facility.

Not much. Only place available under $80 per night.
Dirty room, worn out facility, noisy. This place should charge no more than $15 per night. I have stayed in far cleaner and more modern hotels for much less Vietnam, Cambodia, and Mexico.

The airlines cancelled our first flight to Bozeman. The owner of the Rainbow Motel allowed us to change our reservations at the last minute, including adding the day we contacted him. In addition, our flight to Bozeman landed us in town near 11:30 pm. The owner was aware of our arrival time and stayed on duty to check us in. Our room was basic, but very comfortable. If our room is an example, the motel is kept in good repair. Everything was clean and well stocked. Everything was in working order. We returned to Bozeman for our last night of vacation after staying in West Yellowstone. This allowed us to make our return flight. The manager who welcomed us was very pleasant and helpful. Great people, nice place.

Wide rooms, clean and so comfortable. Great facility park your car in front of your room door.
Very poor breakfast. Far from downtown and city sights.

Very friendly staff, which was good because I had to ask for shampoo and a hair dryer to borrow. Breakfast was basic, but fine.
I think there was a mouse in our room - could hear scratching noises at night. This is definitely a no-frills place.

The interior was clean.
The exterior needs some work my wife was worried that the walkway was going to collapse, but the interior was not that bad. However, I would expect more for the amount paid. Go spend a few more dollars and be comfortable with the stay and get a better continental breakfast than a couple of doughnuts.

Easy to find off the highway - Room was clean. Hotel staff very helpful with directions to our destinations.
Bathroom sink was out in the room and not connected to the bathroom.

The location and price were good.
The TV was located in a room separate from the bedroom. The couch was dirty. The breakfast menu was very poor.

The room was comfortable -- we had 2 rooms, one with 2 queen beds, and the other with a futon -- for the 3 adult women on our group. Also had a kitchen, which we didn't use, but could have been handy if we were going to be there longer. Room was on ground floor with parking space right outside.
This is an older property and a little worn around the edges, but good value. The continental breakfast was a disappointment: coffee, stale donuts, juice, and some fruit. We passed and headed for the I-Hop.

This place is great... A true value compared with the chain motels popping up all around Bozeman.

It had the basics. The room had been updated well.
Neighbors were noisy and kept us awake much of the night. We were put in a room right under the stairs that people go up and down to get to upper level and were fairly close to traffic noise. The motel wasn't full, so we wondered why we got about the worst location at the motel.

I'm sorry, this was a very bad experience and I can't think of anything I liked about that motel.
The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. My 21 year old son tried to take care of arrangements since I was sick. The man was insolent, insulting and rude to my son, and then insulting to me. He made a simple transaction incredibly complicated and was surly and argumentative. We were amazed at the high price for the kind of accomodations. There were holes in the ceiling and walls, we were told it was non smoking and it clearly hadn't been, bedspreads were old and outdated, and the pillow cases obviously hadn't been changed in a long time. We had paid online yet he gave us such a hassle over it. I have used Booked.net many times and have never had so much trouble or difficulty. The man was beyond rude, he was prejudiced toward my son treating him with discrimination. We had been caught on the road due to an accident that made us be several hours late. My son apologized for waking him up in order to check in. The man was actually angry that he'd been awakened? I thought that was his job! It was in all our best interests to get it taken care of quickly yet he dragged it out, finding a way to complicate things at every point. The motel charges way too much for what it is. I could have stayed at a much better hotel for the same price. I felt duped.
